‘Nairne Christian Kids’ Club (NCKC) meets fortnightly on Tuesday afternoons from 3.30pm – 5.00pm in our church hall (on the ‘even’ weeks of Term 4, 2016). This is a shared outreach of our Nairne Uniting congregation, Hills Family Church & the Redeemer Lutheran congregation.

NCKC is for primary aged children. Our programme is lively & fun-filled & includes afternoon tea, games, singing, Christian teaching, craft & occasional special outings. There is no cost. If parents are unable to collect their children at the end of each session, arrangements can be made to transport children home. All NCKC leaders have Police Clearances & have attended ‘Child Safe Environment’ training. We are excited with the way this ministry is flourishing & welcome any new children at any time!’

Nairne activities that refresh (NATR) is a group which meets monthly at the Nairne Uniting Church Hall who enjoy refreshing activities for the Body, Mind and Spirit for sufferers of enduring mental health issues in the Hills area. The group encourages people to leave their homes and form friendships and connections with the assistance of volunteers, often preventing the constant cycle of re-admission into hospitals.

The activities vary from exercise classes, charcoal drawing, story writing, felting, card making and much more.

A lunch and morning tea is provided for a gold coin donation.
